1. Term: Enrollment is available in three ways: one-off live workshop, or The Lab Series Online Pilot Program, Yearly, or Monthly.

2. Payments: Receipt of your tuition is due within 48 hours of acceptance. Credit Card Payments are made via credit card with Thrivecart. You are authorizing a charge against your credit card by remitting tuition via Thrivecart. You will receive an email notification from Thrivecart when your card is charged that will serve as proof of payment. You must promptly notify us of changes to the account number or expiration date of your designated card and your billing address, and If your card is canceled (e.g., for loss or theft).

3. Late Payments: By filling out and submitting payment through Thrivecart, you are authorizing a recurring charge against your credit card based on the agreed dates of the plan. All Payments must be received on the contracted date. There is no grace period. Payments received after the due date will incur a 10% late payment fee. The late payment fee will increase by 5% for each day the payment is late. If your credit card is declined NSF bank charges will apply.

4.Refund/Credit/Transfer/Freezing/Cancellation/Termination/Make-up Policies: There are no refunds, credits, transfers, freezing or cancellations after booking. The Lab Series Online Program tuitions are non-transferable to Live In-Person Labs. Students are responsible for payment in full whether or not they choose to attend any portion of the Program. Monthly subscriptions require a 30-Day Termination Notice in writing to terminate. (For example, to terminate your subscription at the end of March, give notice before the end of February.) Yearly subscriptions are not eligible for termination. Makeups are available during your term via media recording links.

5. Bereavement: There is a two-week exception to our standard policies. This means two additional weeks of access will be added to the end of your term. To request this exception, notify us in writing via email with a brief explanation of your circumstances so that we can process your request promptly and with care.
