Payment Plan Policy:
1. Once accepted into a payment plan, you have agreed to pay the full Lab tuition.
2. Receipt of the first payment is due within 48 hours of acceptance.
3. Receipt of the first payment is evidence of your commitment to pay the full Lab tuition whether or not you attend all the class sessions.
4. Attending any portion of the Lab and/or by making your initial payment you have also understood and agreed to these terms.
5. Our payments are processed through Stripe.
6. All Payments must be received on the contracted date.
a. There is no grace period.
b. Payments received after the due date will incur a 10% late payment fee.
c. The late payment fee will increase by 5% for each day the payment is past due, up to 25%.
d. If your credit card is declined NSF bank charges will apply.

Single Payment Policy:
1. Payments are made via credit card with Stripe.
2. Receipt of your tuition is due within 48 hours of acceptance.

Refund/Cancellation/Make-Up Policy:
1. There are no cancellations or refunds after booking.
2. Students are responsible for payment in full whether or not they chose to attend all class sessions.
3. Students who sign up for live online, or live in person and are unable to attend live, may make up the classes they miss via media links. Media links are available for two weeks after the lab.
4. Extender passes are available should you wish to access media links longer than two weeks.
